Web site Design for Plumbers

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

Plumbing has become a thriving business in the last few years together with other skilled trades. More and more houses are being built with even more bathrooms, more advanced heating and plumbing systems, and it is no longer legal for the public to do their own plumbing.

Having a leak in the middle of the night needs to be dealt with quickly, and so having quick access to plumbers contact information is vital. The internet is available 24hours a day, and it is just as quick to search for a plumbers website in google as it is frantically flicking through the yellow pages directory.

There will be two different types of customers that require your plumbing services: Each will purchase your service completely differently. The first is the Emergency customer –their priority is getting the plumber out as soon as possible, and to fix the problem in hand. They will find your website and look for a contact number, maybe looking to see how much a call out charge is. The last thing that will be on their mind is to compare prices.

The second customer will be looking for installations and maintenance – they will do a lot more research, and be more careful on deciding which plumbing company to use. They maybe looking for competitive prices, and do a lot more enquiring before making a final decision. They will be looking for quality workmanship and service, so having a professionally designed website is essential to bring in the bigger customers.

Having a well designed website will look more established and trusting, and is more likely to sell the service much quicker than other simple, text based web site. Simple designs with minimal information about the company and services offered will more than likely put the customer off. I personally have always chosen the company with a professional and more established design. It is always harder to put your trust in a company that doesn’t look good on the internet.

Having a website that displays all your plumbing services clearly and professionally is important. For both types of customers – emergency and. You will need to provide the relevant information to both types of customers as well as presenting your company well.

Creare have designed a range of websites for numerous plumbing companies around the UK. We know that with the right, professional design, this will persuade potential customers to make an enquiry with you rather than a competing company with perhaps a less enticing design. When designing a plumbers website, Creare make sure the information for all target customers is incorporated and separated so that navigation round the site is simple and enjoyable to use.plumbers.jpg

Web Design for Solicitors

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

As many solicitors provide a wide range of professional services, having a well designed website to clearly display all these services is a useful advertising method. The web itself is accessable 24hrs a day and so having a website is the easiest way of finding soliciting services in the clients area.

As there are a huge range of services offered by solicitors, people accessing the website will usually know what service they require. Navigation is important and so clearly displaying your soliciting services will make searching for what they want effortless. Making them more likely to make an enquiry and use your services.

Creare have designed a vast amount of solicitors websites across the UK, and have a good knowledge in the services provided by solicitors. We know that when a person needs to visit a solicitor, they will probably be in a negative mood and won’t want a confusing web site to navigate through, but more a warming and simple website to use, and the information they need easily accessable.

It is not a service that someone will purchase often, probably a few times in their whole life which means making a good impression when they enter the website is extremely important.

Web design for Air conditioning Companies

Friday, January 11th, 2008

When potential customers visit an air conditioning site, they will be looking for one of a few things: either your services (for example installations, repairs, hire etc), a job or research. When designing an air conditioning web site, Creare target people who are looking to purchase your services rather than research. By making that initial impression with website design, but also providing enough information on each specific service to trigger that all important enquiry.

We believe at Creare, that the design of an air-conditioning website is the key to getting successful enquires for your air conditioning business. We purposely design air conditioning websites to get that first initial enquiry.

To get that potential enquiry you need a well planned and designed website, with informative content that will generate a sale. As there is a range of target customers for air conditioning, it is vital that they are all catered for within the site, so different content will be needed for each one.

You are most likely to be providing air conditioning services to both domestic and commercial customers, who will be looking for entirely different selling points when going through the site. Both need to be provided with the information applicable to them. Generally with domestic air conditioning, the selling points will probably be the initial cost and look of the system – does it look nice in the home, whereas the selling points for businesses will be running costs and efficiency.

As some services are more personal to home owners and some commercial, Creare design lay out the website in such a way that It applies to all target customers concerned and provides the best possible information for each, potentially generating a sales enquiry.
